Rasha is a Principal Research Technologist at UDC Ventures, where she drives and evaluates emerging research and technologies in organic electronics and materials science. She joined Universal Display Corporation in 2019, contributing to the company’s innovation and technology engine through work to advance the stability, efficiency, and color performance of OLED material systems. Rasha serves on the Society for Information Display (SID) I-Zone Committee and holds a PhD in chemistry from the University of Southern California.
